Who do we work for?

We work primarily for Network Rail’s and London Underground’s principal suppliers, as well as Northern Ireland Railways, West Midlands Metro and the Docklands Light Railway.

Why are we different?

We put the competence and capability of our personnel at the heart of our company. Re-work is minimal due to a well-trained, motivated and competent workforce. We work collaboratively with clients to ensure the successful completion of projects. We have a non-adversarial approach with clients at every level. Our core business is repeat business – contributing to a client’s success is key to ours. We pride ourselves on mobilising rapidly to meet client requirements. We have both professionally qualified and experienced engineering staff, established as a team within the business, able to facilitate contracts both effectively and efficiently. We are able to provide senior engineering staff who are qualified to control large projects.

What can we do for you?

We’d like to expand our client base to include you!

Do you have a CAC?

No, but we're 80% there, and need a sponsor to help with the remaining 20%.

Do you train third parties?

Yes; bring them in.

What Link-Up approvals do you hold?

We currently have over ten approvals to enable a range of works associated with S&T engineering and station / structure refurbishment.

What’s the ‘GM’ Stand for?

The 30 second answer is that when Darren Whitley established the company he took the initials of his two daughters Grace and Melissa!

Do you provide bespoke courses?

We can structure courses to suit the format and duration of clients with a number of day release training plans already in place for clients.
